In Depth Swim Academy is an elite space designed to encompass every aspect of the athlete’s journey. We provide expert swimming clinics with exclusive classroom workshops focused on goal setting, visualization and mindful recovery techniques.

At In Depth Swim Academy, our intention is to foster a community of passionate, like-minded swimmers united by big dreams. A space where athletes are encouraged to challenge their limits, deepen their expertise and develop the tools needed to achieve their goals. We aim to inspire swimmers to walk away from each event with a renewed sense of purpose, confidence, and love for the sport of swimming. Led by 2x Olympian Olivia Smoliga, our academy empowers swimmers to not only reach their full potential but to surpass it, instilling belief in themselves that lasts far beyond the pool. This is more than just training; it’s about shaping the future of athletes—mind, body, and spirit.

What’s inside In Depth?

Welcome all! I’m Olivia and I’m so thrilled to be presenting this Academy to you. It has been a dream creating this space with my younger self in mind.
I wondered, ‘How can I make swim clinics elite, fresh and all-encompassing? How can I provide a unique experience unlike anything that exists in the swimming sphere? How can I highlight all that I’ve learned throughout my career as an elite athlete?’
Soon after, In Depth Swim Academy was born!
I remember watching the 2004 Athens Olympics on TV and thinking to myself, “I want to be just like them …” In the years to follow, I became a 2x Olympian, World Champion, NCAA Champion, American and World Record Holder and 11x USA National Team Member, led by my heart’s dream.
Over the course of more than a decade, I’ve picked up a great amount of expertise at the international level. It is because of all that I’ve experienced that I’m here today, sharing this academy with you.
